One of the pivotal assumptions of the IB Diploma Programme is that education is not only about increasing the knowledge and sharpening the intellect and that our personal growth largely depends on the experiences and not on academic teaching. IB students get involved in the CAS programme which intends to provide them with an opportunity for such experiential learning through personal engagement in non-academic activities in the fields of Creativity, Action and Service. We try to get younger students of EKOLA involved in CAS-like activities as well.  

They are encouraged to think and act creatively, to erase monotony from their school life, to do art, poetry, music, song lyrics translations, to perform, to show others how they see things, to speak out.
